Assured Automation is a distributor of valve automation and flow meter products, serving a broad customer base across diverse end markets through its e-commerce platforms: assuredautomation.com and flows.com.
The acquisition of Assured Automation is the third acquisition by FloWorks supported by the Foley team in the last year.
The Foley deal team was led by partners Gjina Lucaj and Omar Lucia, along with associates Zachary Simon and Zachary Ulewicz.
