Foley Featured for C-Suite Moves – 'It's a people-centric business'

Foley & Lardner LLP is featured in The American Lawyer article, “Foley Promotes From Within for New COO, Chief Talent Officer,” for the firm’s elevation of Jen Patton to Chief Operating Officer and Rebecca Bradley’s assumption of Foley’s Chief Talent Officer role.

“We’ve been fortunate to have both of them at our firm,” Foley Chairman and CEO Daljit Doogal said in an interview. He also highlighted how at Foley, building the firm’s culture is as important as boosting business operations.

Patton, formerly Foley’s Chief Talent Officer, told The American Lawyer she will be focused on how she can help Foley’s people work even more effectively while advancing the firm’s strategic priorities. Bradley emphasized how she will leverage her prior experience as a practicing attorney at Foley in her new role to help attorneys drive success for the firm’s clients.
