Gregory Husisian Describes Business Sentiment Around Trade Uncertainty
Foley & Lardner LLP partner Gregory Husisian described business sentiment around the Trump administration’s fluctuating trade policy in The Associated Press article, “Trump’s erratic trade policies are baffling businesses, threatening investment and economic growth.”
“I’ve talked to multiple companies that are saying, ‘We’re not moving forward with any investment. We need this to be settled,’” commented Husisian, who is co-chair of Foley’s International Trade & National Security Practice.
At least during the first Trump administration, he added, “they knew what the ground rules were. Now they don’t know if we’re playing Monopoly or tic-tac-toe.’’
Husisian’s commentary also appeared in ABC News, Fortune, HuffPost, U.S. News, Chicago Tribune, and Los Angeles Times.
