Foley Awarded Deal of the Year by ACG Houston

Foley & Lardner LLP was announced as a 2024 Deal of the Year winner by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston.

Foley was recognized for its role as seller’s counsel in the acquisition of Adapt2 Solutions by Energy Exemplar, a portfolio company of Blackstone Energy Transition Partners and Vista Equity Partners. Foley’s deal team was led by partner Greg Meeks and associate Dannye Osburn.

Finalists were assessed and ranked by a panel of independent judges composed of top business leaders and educators. Nominations were judged on a variety of criteria, including transaction value range, industry focus and type of transaction, and the uniqueness of a deal.

Meeks accepted the award on behalf of the firm at ACG Houston’s award ceremony on April 30, 2025, in Houston.
