Foley Advises Millennium Physician Group on Partnership with IMA Medical Group

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal counsel to Millennium Physician Group, a Mosaic Health Company and one of the country’s largest independent physician groups, in its acquisition of IMA Medical Group.

Millennium Physician Group’s combination with IMA, among the largest provider groups in Central Florida, represents a major step in expanding patient-centered, value-based care across the region. IMA brings a shared commitment to patient-centered care as well as 53 providers serving more than 22,000 Medicare Advantage members across 17 practices to the Millennium Physician Group, enhancing the vital mission of both organizations to effectively support patients, employees, and their communities.
