Foley Represents FloWorks in Acquisition of Slater Controls

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to FloWorks International, a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, in its acquisition of Slater Controls LLC.

Slater Controls is a distributor of valve automation, instrumentation, and relief valves serving a diverse customer base across various process industries from its four locations in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, FloWorks is a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and provider of tailored technical solutions for MRO-focused applications. FloWorks serves customers across chemicals, downstream refining and renewables, high purity and sanitary, and other industrial end markets with product categories across valves and automation, corrosion resistant flow control, rotating equipment, flanges, filters and purifiers, and instrumentation.
