Foley & Lardner LLP partner Joseph Higgins is recognized among In Business Madison‘s 2026 Forty Under 40 class.
Higgins is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Practice, focusing on planning and administration and representing owners of closely held businesses, private equity fund principals, and other ultra-high net worth individuals and their families across the country in connection with tax-efficient wealth transfers, charitable giving, and business succession planning.
In addition to his practice, Higgins is a dedicated leader in his community, serving as president of the Madison Estate Planning Council and is a member of Leadership Greater Madison and the Wisconsin Association of Charitable Gift Planners.
