Benjamin Morris Recognized as a San Diego Business Journal Leader of Influence in Construction

Foley & Lardner LLP partner Benjamin Morris is named a 2026 Leader of Influence in Construction by San Diego Business Journal.

Morris is a construction lawyer and Vice Chair of Foley’s Construction Practice Group. He advises and counsels owners, developers, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of complex construction projects and construction litigation. Morris is also a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice.

San Diego Business Journal writes that he provides “strategic guidance on contract negotiation, risk management, delay and lien claims, and litigation involving major commercial, infrastructure, and energy developments.”
