Foley & Lardner LLP partners Brad Drake and Kyle Pine are featured across media following their recent arrival to the firm.
Drake joined the firm’s Insurance Practice in Chicago, advising insurers, reinsurers, asset managers, private capital sponsors, and other market participants on sophisticated insurance and reinsurance transactions.
In Corporate Counsel Business Journal, Drake emphasized that “Foley’s reputation for excellence, the depth of its insurance platform and the breadth of capabilities across the firm were key factors in my decision to join.”
Pine, who joined the firm’s Tax Practice in Boston, counsels private equity firms, venture capital funds, and public and private companies on a broad range of federal tax matters. On his decision to join, he said, “Foley’s growing private equity and M&A practices create an exciting opportunity for my transactional tax practice, and I look forward to contributing to that continued momentum.”
