Foley & Lardner LLP has advised RVR Capital (“RVR”), a New York-based real estate investment firm, in connection with the joint venture investment and acquisition of a portfolio of multifamily properties on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
RVR is a mission-driven real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and residential properties across select East Coast and Midwest markets. The firm is an affiliate of Regal Ventures and operates with a robust, permanent capital base and over 90 years of collective investment experience.
