Jacqueline Beveridge is a member of Foley’s Antitrust & Competition practice group.  Her practice spans supporting mergers and acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and civil litigation.  She assists clients in evaluating and reporting transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, defending clients in “Second Request” investigations, and representing third parties in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ).
