Charles G. Carter is a partner and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Dr. Carter’s practice focuses in the areas of client counseling and the strategic development of intellectual property portfolios relating to U.S. and foreign patents in chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and material science technologies. He also advises clients on business risks and licensing strategies related to intellectual property.
