She advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and founder-owned businesses on complex transactions and ongoing corporate matters, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Shelby guides clients through various stages of both domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Her practice also encompasses general corporate and strategic matters, including entity restructuring, governance and ownership arrangements, and general contract matters.
