Matt Gullickson is a member of Foley’s Business Law Finance team, where he brings significant experience in transactional law. As a summer associate with Foley in 2023, Matt provided comprehensive support on a range of matters, including drafting and revising M&A term sheets, conducting due diligence, and preparing promissory note documents for the Finance Group. He also conducted detailed legal research on topics like UCC contractual obligations, real estate covenants, SEC regulations, and distributor liability.
