Sarah McGrath is a Law Graduate in Foley’s Business Law Department and a member of the Transactions Practice Group. She supports clients in a variety of corporate matters, including startup formation, mergers and acquisitions, and nonprofit structuring. During her time as a summer associate at the firm, Sarah drafted formation documents, conducted due diligence for complex M&A deals, and formed a 501(c)(3) organization as part of a pro bono initiative.
