Foley & Lardner LLP vertegenwoordigde Mayville Engineering Company (MEC), een leverancier van ontwerp-, prototyping- en productieoplossingen, bij haar definitieve overeenkomst voor de overname van Accu-Fab, LLC (Accu-Fab) van Tide Rock voor $ 140,5 miljoen.
