Rashad X. Abdallah focuses his practice on employment litigation, counseling, and strategic advice.

He represents employers in all stages of employment litigation, including in putative class actions, Private Attorney General Act claims, single plaintiff lawsuits, and misappropriation of trade secrets cases. Rashad also has extensive experience representing employers in administrative proceedings involving the California Labor Commissioner and the California Civil Rights Department.

In addition to his litigation work, Rashad regularly advises clients on reductions in force, litigation avoidance, and compliance with employment related policies and procedures.

Prior to his legal career, Rashad served as a human intelligence specialist in the United States Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Rashad focuses his pro bono work on veteran and servicemember advocacy.
