Alex Bailey is a litigator with experience across federal courts, civil rights matters, and appellate litigation. He brings a strong foundation in legal research and writing developed through multiple federal judicial clerkships and prior work in complex litigation. Alex approaches every matter with precision and professionalism, offering analytical insight and a collaborative mindset to help clients and judges navigate complex procedural and substantive legal issues.

Alex previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael M. Mihm of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Prior to this role, he clerked for the Honorable Crystal S. Wildeman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and externed for the Honorable Doris L. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. His earlier experience includes roles at Foley & Lardner LLP, the ACLU of Illinois, and MoloLamken LLP, where he supported trial and appellate teams on complex commercial and civil rights cases.
