Arianna M. Benitez Colon
Law Graduate
Arianna M. Benitez supports clients in corporate and transactional matters, combining a strong background in business law with hands-on experience in both litigation and transactional practice. She has worked on matters involving contract drafting, commercial transactions, and business negotiations, bringing an organized and client-focused approach to each engagement.
Before transitioning into the legal field, Arianna worked in journalism and entertainment media, experience that gives her a distinct perspective on communication, storytelling, and relationship building in her current practice.
Arianna’s trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and French enhances her ability to collaborate with diverse clients and teams across jurisdictions. She is a member of the firm’s Business Law Department. Before joining Foley full time, she was a two-time summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she contributed to litigation and corporate transactions, prepared motions and memoranda, and assisted in client meetings. Her previous experience also includes teaching and mentoring roles at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and legal administrative work at Chapman University.
Arianna is an active member of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women, SoCal Chapter, reflecting her commitment to professional engagement and community involvement.
