Kyndle Bennett focuses on representing private equity sponsors and publicly held and privately owned companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and divestitures and joint ventures. He also counsels investment managers in the formation of a variety of open and closed-end funds, as well as advises a range of clients on general corporate matters spanning a variety of sectors including physical security, healthcare, digital advertising technology, distribution, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Foley, Kyndle was a corporate associate at a large international law firm, where he represented private equity funds in domestic and cross-border transactions.
Kyndle is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group.
