Olivia Brooks represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on complex dealer, commercial, contract, and antitrust disputes. She is known for her strategic approach to litigation, exemplary research and writing skills, and ability to anticipate and address legal issues before they escalate. She is deeply committed to helping clients navigate the litigation process with clarity and confidence, tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. Olivia has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts across the country and guiding clients through alternative dispute resolution processes.

During law school, Olivia served as a clinical student in the Frank J. Remington Center’s Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Clinic and worked as a research and project assistant for multiple UW Law School professors.
