Wolf (Chun-Ting) Cho advises clients in finance, venture capital, and emerging technologies, with a focus on digital assets. He began his career at Foley & Lardner, LLP as a summer associate, supporting transactions through reviewing investment fund agreements, drafting stock purchase agreements for an energy sector acquisition, and performing due diligence for a hospital bond issuance. He also prepared a compliance memo on the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC guidance for a client’s NFT issuance and payment structure.

Before law school, Wolf worked in the legal department of a crypto startup in Taipei, Taiwan. There, he reviewed contracts related to Series C funding, drafted internal policies, conducted KYC and risk assessments, and coordinated with external counsel on intellectual property matters across multiple jurisdictions.
