Nichole Delaney is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group providing clients with practical advice on health law, business law, and employment law matters. Nichole’s background enables her to understand the operational and regulatory challenges facing healthcare providers and emerging healthcare companies, allowing her to offer practical, informed guidance tailored to clients’ business needs.

Nichole brings meaningful industry experience to her legal practice. Prior to law school, she worked in the healthcare industry in both patient-facing and administrative roles, gaining insight into operations and regulatory processes. More recently, she worked with a healthcare startup, focusing on systems related to patient information (PHI) and data management.

During law school, Nichole worked with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. She was also involved in the Health Law Society and the Women’s Law Caucus at Georgetown. Nichole was a summer associate in Foley’s New York office.
