Senior Counsel

Alicia D’Alba Dorner represents private and public companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. She represents emerging companies throughout their lifecycles on transactions, strategic partnerships, reorganizations, and sale transactions, both domestic and cross-border alike.

Alicia also represents investors in the technology, health care, life sciences, and other innovative industries. She regularly acts as general outside counsel for private and venture-backed companies in a wide array of fields. Alicia is a senior counsel in our Venture & Growth Capital and Emerging Company Practices Groups. She is a member of the firm’s Innovative Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors. She also serves on firm’s Boston Chapter Women’s Network.

  • Represented Nigerian Investment App Bamboo in a US$15m Series A Financing.
  • Represented NEA and Cortical Ventures as Lead Investors in US$16m Series A Financing of SeMi Technologies.
  • Represented AUA Private Equity in Gourmet Culinary Holdings Investment.
