Jack Doti works in our Litigation Department and is part of our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His experience includes conducting successful preliminary hearings for felony complaints to bind over defendants before trial, arguing motions in state court, and drafting post-conviction responses. He has experience as a law clerk at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in both the Appellate and Family Protection Unit in addition to the Gang Unit at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Jack sits in our San Francisco office.
