Mary (Maggi) Driscoll is experienced in guiding clients through high-stakes commercial disputes and complex litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her practice spans class actions, consumer finance litigation business disputes, and both international and domestic arbitration proceedings. Maggi also advises clients navigating government investigations involving export controls and economic sanctions, including matters before the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Maggi is well-versed in persuasive written advocacy and motions practice and distills intricate legal and factual issues into clear, compelling arguments.
Alongside her litigation and dispute resolution work, she maintains an active regulatory counseling practice, helping banks, non-bank lenders, loan servicers, consumer reporting agencies, and money transmitters address compliance challenges under federal and state consumer finance laws.
While in law school, Maggi externed with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk in felony preliminary court, where she gained in-court prosecutorial experience.
Licensed in California and based in the nation’s capital, Maggi bridges both coasts, offering clients a geographically versatile practice for their federal and state litigation needs.
