Rachel Falknor is a Business Law attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group handling a wide range of trust and estate management and preservation. Rachel focuses her practice on complex estate planning and tax matters where she advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with their estate planning, advanced transfer tax planning, and related tax returns. She has extensive experience developing and implementing strategies to meet each client’s unique objectives.
Prior to joining Foley, Rachel served as a Student Attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and as a legal extern with the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program.
