Calkidan (Calkie) Fisseha provides clients with practical advice on various energy and financial matters. She is a member of Foley’s Finance Practice Group and sits in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Calkie began at Foley as a 1L summer associate. Calkie previously worked as a student attorney at the Georgetown Social Enterprise & Nonprofit Law Clinic where she provided guidance to a local nonprofit organization. Prior to law school, Calkie was an intellectual property assistant at a firm in Washington, D.C.

Foley & Lardner LLP advised to MUFG Bank Ltd. in its capacity as lead debt syndicator for Dimension Energy’s $412 million community solar project financing package that will support a new 134 MWdc portfolio of 25 community solar projects in Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas served as agent.
