Andrew Halaschak is a law graduate and member of the Real Estate Practice. He helps clients navigate legal challenges in sports law, business transactions, and entrepreneurship. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, commercial leasing, title work, and legal research. Andrew has also contributed to scholarship on NCAA litigation and sports law policy.
Andrew began at Foley as a summer associate. Prior to joining Foley, he worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Andrew was also an Editor of the Marquette Law Review, a research assistant for Professor Matthew Mitten, and a teaching assistant for Professor Bruce Boyden. Andrew earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, ranking third in his class, and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. He holds a B.A. in History from Purdue University.
