Kenley Hall brings a strong electrical engineering background to her role as a patent engineer, with experience in embedded systems, circuit design, and hands-on device development to support clients throughout the patent application process.

While earning her bachelors degree, Kenley spent 4 years as a research assistant. Her research initially focused on magnetometer calibration, degaussing techniques, and improving measurement accuracy through testing and data analysis. During the latter half of her research she independently designed and developed a Bluetooth-enabled magnetic field measurement system, including the power management circuitry, embedded firmware, and hardware prototype. She also developed Python algorithms and testing procedures for magnetometer data collection and validation.

Kenley has also contributed to assistive technology projects involving sensor calibration, embedded systems, and C++ programming. Prior to joining the firm full time, Kenley Hall participated in Foley’s Summer Patent Engineer Program for two consecutive summers.
