- Represented Red Lobster and affiliates as debtors in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, including a stalking‑horse asset purchase agreement with existing term lenders and a $100 million DIP facility.
- Advised the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee—in coordination with the Atlanta Sports Council and AMB Sports & Entertainment—on securing the award of Super Bowl LXII (2028) for Atlanta.
- Represented Eagle Merchant Partners in its majority investment in Sam the Concrete Man, the largest residential concrete services franchisor in the U.S.
- Advised Relevate Power on its acquisition of Gravity Renewables, adding ~40 MW of run‑of‑river hydropower assets and financing by funds managed by Apollo.
