Tiannuo “Norah” Huang is a member of Foley & Lardner’s Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice Group. Norah represents clients in structuring and forming private investment funds and navigating complex investor arrangements. Norah began at Foley as a summer associate, where she supported the FFIM group in drafting and preparing various fund formation documents and contributed to the firm’s pro bono efforts.
Prior to joining Foley, Norah served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Myong J. Joun in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also worked as a legal extern at Primark US Corp., where she supported the General Counsel on a range of corporate matters.
