Emily Juneau is a litigation attorney in Foley’s Milwaukee office. Emily previously spent one summer with the firm as a summer associate. Prior to joining Foley, Emily worked as a paralegal for a general practice law firm and as a law clerk for a financial services company. Emily has experience with a broad scope of legal matters, ranging from real estate and copyright infringement to OSHA regulations and the Fair Housing Act.
Emily graduated from Marquette University Law School, where she served as a research assistant, teaching assistant, and the Senior Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review. Emily also was a member of the Association for Women Lawyers and the Student Ambassador Program as well as a participant in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition. Emily received her undergraduate degree in history, political science, and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she co-founded and served as president of the Leading Women of Tomorrow.
