Austin Kissinger helps clients — ranging from public companies to family-owned businesses — with all of their transactional needs, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations.

With experience that includes general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, capital market transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contract matters, Austin is a trusted legal advisor to clients. The companies he works with span an array of industries, including manufacturing, technology, and services.

Austin’s securities and capital markets experience includes a variety of debt and equity offerings. He also assists public company clients with SEC reporting disclosures and filings, exchange listening requirements, and corporate governance matters. In the commercial contracts space, Austin reviews, drafts, and advises on a diversity of contractual arrangements, including supply, distribution, licensing, and other agreements and assists clients with supply chain matters and product warranties. He is a member of the Transactions Practice Group.
