Angelica Lopez draws on her practical experience to deliver strategic guidance to clients dealing with a broad range of business disputes and resolution matters. Her practice includes representing companies and employers in litigation at all stages, including single-plaintiff lawsuits, trade secret misappropriation matters, and contract disputes. Angelica has experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and assisting in trial preparation and trial.
Angelica is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups.
Angelica began at Foley as a summer associate, where she supported a range of litigation matters and assisted in preparation for hearings and trials, as well as drafting legal analyses and recommendations. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Angel Kelley at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, where she researched legal issues and assisted in preparing materials for the court.
