Ellen A. Matheson
Associate
Ellen Matheson is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients in complex disputes, with a particular focus on antitrust and healthcare matters. In addition to her work in these sectors, Ellen’s practice covers a broad range of contractual disputes, business torts, and trade secrets actions. Ellen has a strong background in appellate advocacy, having litigated numerous appeals in both federal and state courts.
Ellen served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael Y. Scudder, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Before earning her law degree, Ellen spent five years as an Army intelligence officer. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
