Rachel is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on litigation with experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for complex disputes and pro bono matters. Rachel started as a summer associate in 2023, where her work supported teams in developing case strategy and navigating complex procedural issues. Prior to law school, she investigated intellectual property infringement matters. This blend of legal research, writing, and investigative work informs her practical and detail-oriented approach to litigation.
