Tori focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and related corporate matters. She routinely advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, strategic companies and other public and private entities in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, technology and software, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, energy, infrastructure and waste management. Her experience includes handling mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings and preferred equity investments, and providing general corporate counsel. Tori’s work spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, supporting clients through all stages of the deal process.
