Erik Nguyen represents early-to-late-stage technology companies at all stages of development, from company formation through private financings, strategic transactions, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, including investors in VC financings, as well as general day-to-day business matters and corporate governance.

Erik is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Erik is based in the firm’s San Francisco office, where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group.

Prior to Foley, Erik represented emerging companies and investors from the Palo Alto offices of a global technology law firm headquartered in Silicon Valley.
