Todd C. Norbitz


Todd C. Norbitz is a partner and litigation attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Consumer Law, and Construction Practices. Todd is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing Sector, along with its Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Team, and his practice also includes labor and employment law. Todd is a member of the firm’s National Pro Bono Committee as well as the Chair of the New York office Pro Bono Committee. He is a member of the Litigation Department Training Committee and the Electronic Discovery Committee.

Todd was a partner at Friedman, Wang & Bleiberg, P.C. before the firm joined Foley & Lardner in July 2004.

Todd previously served as assistant to U.S. Senator George McGovern (1978-1979) and as a producer for NBC News (1979-1986).
