Associate

Molly Perillo represents real estate developers, investors, lenders, owners, and tenants in a variety of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, development, financing, and leasing. She also counsels clients in connection with the real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her general real estate practice, she also has significant experience in the real estate aspects of wind, solar, hydro, and other energy projects, including working on site control documents, title, survey, and other acquisition, development, and financing matters.

Representative Experience

  • Represents nonprofit owner in acquisitions of multiple affordable multi-family housing projects throughout the Midwest, totaling over US$50m in value to date.
  • Represented commercial lender in connection with loans totaling over US$200m secured by nursing care facilities.
  • Represents a national healthcare system in its acquisition of various classes of real estate throughout the country.
  • Represented a major utility holding company on real estate matters in connection with its acquisition, pursuant to a build transfer agreement, of a 100 MW solar energy project valued at over US$110m.

Community Involvement

  • Dedicates pro bono work to the representation of a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin communities
