Amber R. Quinlan Willette
Associate
Amber Quinlan Willette’s first priority is her clients, representing them in matters involving commercial litigation, class actions, and regulatory issues. Amber is well-versed in conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda, motions, and briefs. She has participated in civil litigation, drafting documents that include motions to exclude witnesses and motions for directed verdict. Prior to joining Foley, Amber worked extensively in the luxury custom design industry, a role that demanded precision, creativity, and exceptional client service. This experience honed her ability to anticipate the needs of her clients, solve intricate problems, and deliver tailored solutions — skills she now brings to her legal practice.
Amber’s Foley experience began as a summer associate for the firm. She has served as a judicial intern to both Chief Judge James D. Peterson in the Western District of Wisconsin and to Chief Justice Annette Ziegler on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Amber was also a research assistant to Dean Daniel P. Tokaji, Dean of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
