She has substantial experience with insurance coverage litigation and reinsurance disputes, and her broader experience spans civil and criminal litigation, judicial externships, and legal research across government and private sectors. Breana combines strong analytical skills with a commitment to justice, informed by her background in political science and her involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Breana is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where she has represented clients in insurance coverage litigation and reinsurance disputes. Before joining Foley, she gained experience at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where she supported trial preparation and conducted extensive legal research. She also served as a Legal Assistant at the Carey Center for Justice and worked in administrative and client-facing roles at Cooley LLP.
