Dr. Sandra (Sandy) Sulzer is a legal professional with experience in intellectual property and policy focused legal research. As a summer associate in Foley’s Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice, she drafted trademark licensing agreements and brand guidelines, conducted enforcement investigations, and prepared petitions to cancel or oppose marks.
Prior to joining Foley, Sandy served as a law clerk for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet C. Protasiewicz and Chief Justice Jill J. Karofsky, supporting oral arguments through briefing analysis and legal research. She has also served in assistant professor roles at Xavier University of Louisiana and Utah State University.
Her interdisciplinary background informs her thoughtful approach to legal problem-solving, with a focus on equity and innovation.
