Rachel Tassinari
Law Graduate
Rachel Tassinari works in our Business Law department as a member of the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice Group and is based in the Boston office. Prior to joining Foley, Rachel held a legal internship at Voya Financial. She also previously interned at Wellington Management, supporting the equity trade coordination team. Additionally, she interned with a bank, focusing on information security and data loss prevention.
Rachel began at Foley as a summer associate in 2024. Her work included drafting admission agreements, term sheets, and economic exhibits for new investors across various funds.
During law school, Rachel served as Editor in Chief of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest and participated in student organizations including Law Ambassadors and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Rachel has extensive leadership experience in collegiate women’s ice hockey. She served as President of the Northeastern University women’s club hockey team, as well as council member for the Northeastern Club Sports Department. She chaired a committee dedicated to revising and overhauling the bylaws and policies of the Independent Women’s Club Hockey League, where she currently serves as Assistant Commissioner.
