Amanda Tresgallos is an attorney in the firm’s construction practice group, working closely with clients on resolving complex construction and business disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She represents a diverse client base, including one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and prioritizes practical solutions that advance her client’s interests.

Prior to joining Foley, Amanda handled complex business litigation and creditor’s rights matters in state and federal court. She has represented financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in multimillion-dollar disputes across a range of areas, including contract, real estate, fraud, and insolvency matters.
