Allen Waltz works in Foley’s Intellectual Property practice area and is a member of the firm’s Electronics Practice Group. Allen started at Foley as a summer law clerk. Prior to Foley, he worked at a law firm as a law clerk focusing on patent prosecution.
Allen is an engineer with a degree in computer engineering from the University of Dayton. Allen worked as a computer engineering intern at an Air Force Research Lab providing substantive research, analysis, and presentations on emerging technologies to be incorporated into the Air Force. Additionally, he was a software engineering intern at a software company where he updated logging systems and wrote coinciding unit test for legacy and deprecated code. Allen also has experience in IT, providing IT services and website development.
