Quentin Welborn provides clients with practical advice on business litigation and complex disputes, with a focus on shareholder and member disputes, contract and business tort resolution, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and condominium and homeowners’ association disputes. In addition to his first and second chair state and federal court experience, Quentin has completed more than 40 arbitrations and mediations. Quentin conducts extensive legal research and drafts legal pleadings, memoranda, and motions, including discovery, procedural, and dispositive. He has experience creating detailed litigation strategies and case management plans for clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Quentin served as a senior associate for a Florida-based law firm in its Litigation Practice Group. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he worked in the Veterans and Service Members Legal Clinic, where he helped United States Military Veterans on a pro bono basis in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and he was selected to attend a First Amendment Law Seminar with Justice Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
