Matt Wells is the department operating officer of Foley & Lardner’s Litigation Department. He is responsible for supporting strategic, operational, financial, and project management functions and initiatives across the department.

Prior to this role, Matt led Litigation Department business development and marketing efforts for Foley. Before joining the firm, Matt held progressive roles in Business Development & Marketing at Barnes & Thornburg LLP primarily focused on litigation. He supported attorney coaching, client service team initiatives, and worked closely with the firm’s pricing and practice analytics functions in the development of strategic top line revenue growth.
