Gabe Wild has experience supporting legal work in privacy, technology, and commercial contracting. He holds a certification from the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States (CIPP/US).

As a summer associate at Foley, he drafted and redlined privacy notices in compliance with federal and state law including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. He also reviewed software licensing agreements and website terms of use.

Prior to joining Foley, Gabe interned with a data-focused AdTech company, where he helped redline commercial contracts, created internal summaries of federal and state advertising laws, and assisted in developing policies for employee interactions with advertisers and content. In this role, he gained valuable experience working with cross-functional teams in legal, engineering, and product development.
